Dec 20,2024I warned your company to stop sending mail to my office impersonating The Delaware Division of Corporations. This company tries to frighten customers into using their payment service for Delaware franchise tax by employing misleading methods. Their email alias is called payments and is deceptively titled "Official 2024 Delaware Franchise Tax Notice," and you can’t see the complete domain unless you inspect it carefully. The email starts with: "This is your Official Notification from the Delaware Division of Corporations." They are not affiliated with the Division of Corporations at all. What they’re actually doing is attempting to force you to pay through them while charging excessively high fees. They also send persistent mail, which wastes my money by requiring staff in mny virtual office me to scan it. Avoid this company—they are not the kind of people you want to do business with. There are plenty of other companies that provide the same services but behave professionally. Enjoy your rating, and stay safe.

Mar 19,2024During formation of the corporation, an automated email was sent that required followup. I responded to the email, but their service team replied that an automated email was sent regarding this, not realizing that I had already responded to it. Then after formation, their website had errors when filling out the BOI form, but they were saying to reach out to another company regarding this, even though the error was on their website. Overall their website looks like and functions like it was created 25 years ago, not the best experience.

Feb 27,2024This company allow corrupt foreign fake businesses to use their address in Delaware of their websites to pretend they are company based in America. Hydrobottle is a scam company based in China who rips off Americans and uses Harward Business Services address in Delaware to fool people.

No one wants to sit in an interview with you while you (the interviewers) sit with your legs spread, play on your phones, and ask hardly anything. You know nothing as a growing company, especially in this landscape.

They can also help setting up bank accounts, establishing other professional services such as lawyers, accountants and consultants. I have used this firm to set up and manage several firms for myself and for my clients. They are very helpful and professional and I would be happy to recommend them. They are particularly useful for companies located outside of the USA who are looking to have a physical presence within the USA.
