Aug 12,2019The first person I dealt with was unfamiliar that non profit corporation do not require stocks and par values when forming one and that Harvard does not provide services to obtain corporate zeal. The second person was not aware that Harvard provides TIN services, which was wrong: Harvard can and does TIN work. The third person I worked with, who took over person two’s work, did not familiarize himself with details of previous transaction I had with person two, for him/her to follow through. Above are my reasons I gave less than perfect evaluation of the performances of said personnel. They were however,friendly, polite and I won’t mind working with all of them again should other opportunity arises,
