Currently used HBS to help me setup my corporation in Delaware.From the moment i opened my account with them,to the moment i actually received my articles of incorporation and Tax ID, both emailed and hard copy, was much faster and easier than stated on the website. Harvard business services thank you for helping people to do business who have limited resources. Registration was soooo fast, even bugatti can’t catchup. I am actually planning to make enough money for applying to Harvard business school.Don’t worry i will tell them that i met HBS before HBS ;)

The service was quick and efficient. My only suggestion would be for the information about how the LLC registration would be filed and what names would appear on the registration with the state could have been made easier to find on the website. Otherwise, great service. When I called in my questions were quickly answered.

After years of enduring ever escalating fees from one of the “big name” agents for representing my small family limited partnership, I got frustrated and consulted DR. Google for a cheaper alternative. I found Harvard there and it was so much cheaper it scared me but I gave it a try and “switching” was all on-line, super easy and went extremely smoothly. I am very happy right now.

There is a lot of wording saying if you have a question just ask. When you ask very simple questions such as how much time I have to do this or that the response is hire a lawyer or an accontant!!!
