Jul 04,2019Amazing! It took me a full day to understand the forms required for Delaware Incorporation. Then after filing it turned out I did something wrong and I was denied. Then I decided to not be a Corporation and just be an LLC. and pay someone to get it done fast and correctly the first time. Not being incorporated was holding up my who startup road map, but once I found Harvard Business Services I was jump started again. It was fast, easy, professional. Great prices, great value, great service. Everything went better than expected. I love my dashboard. I love that a real human communicated with me. I love that they help remind you of important filings and state requirements. I wish I had the funds to have them do ALL of my new business documets! @HarvardBusinessServices maybe you can do a payment plan model for services over $150, or perhaps a deferred payment for a 10% increase in the cost so $0 revenue new business can pay once they start getting paying customers. Just a thought. Def would recommend.
