Sep 11,2023We are a mid-small size block of flats and had recently switched management agents twice. Previous agents were incompetent, eager to ignore the customers' wishes and needs and pushed the customers to adapt to their business model. We almost have given up hope in any agent in London. Rochelle and her teams at Haus changed all that. There was a long list of accumulated issues and items to fix due to previous agents' incompetence; but Rochelle had so many items sorted, within just the first 2 months she arrived. That's more than what the previous agent cared to achieve in one year. Previous agent managers gave us the impression that we were an inconvenience to them, treating us with condescension, despite the fact that we had many owners and directors who had a great deal of professional knowledge and experience. By contrast, with Haus, issues are solved by having a discussion with us. We are allowed to compare prices, (you thought this would be a given if you are paying for a service...) and choices are given. A particular compliment should go to Rochelle. She is well organised, with a good sense of prioritisation, responsive, resourceful, respectful, easy to discuss with, and calm. Taking the bite to change agents felt like a huge undertaking, but we now think it is worth doing all the chores to make the change. We only wish we did it earlier.

Sep 08,2023I've had a really great experience to date with this managing agent and cant fault them at all in anyway. Even when we have reached hurdles they always seem to provide solutions and Carlee has supported us along the way so thank you.

Sep 07,2023A very helpful member of the team who listened what I had to say, answered all relevant questions and reassured me completely about the issues which have happened due to account issues. I do hope that the management of HAUS takes the leaf out of Felicia's book and learn some manners and become a lot more professional, as the situation could of been de-escalated with a simple phone call! Sep 03,2023I am very unhappy with how Haus Block Management is dealing with a water escape that I reported nearly 20 days ago. They sent a plumber urgently to my place, and the initial visit confirmed that further investigation was deemed needed in the unit above. They did not know the number of the unit above, they said that did not have building plans yet, and I had to facilitate this to them. Then, they sent a plumber to the Unit above and asked for a quote to fix it. However, the next email from them was that this quote was "quite expensive", and now is considered a "flat-to-flat" leak. I am concerned about what time of insurance policy this company has, when they cannot proceed with an investigation of a water leak. I have now been left alone with daily water leaks, which are damaging my kitchen and represent a serious concern as there are sockets and electric appliances next to this leak. I would not recommend this company.

Aug 30,2023I have had interaction with the company both as an RMC director and as a leaseholder. Having moved to HAUS after 2 other property management firms, we have been working on countless issues- an annual budget that was not fit for purpose, services that needed retendering, lack of contractor visit reports etc. And it has been great to see the issues resolving. On multiple occasions, our property manager Selina has helped resolve critical situations (leaks, complex conversations with the developer/freeholder) and has been helpful with providing expert support for a myriad of tasks. Our recently appointed assistant property manager Lamees has been providing timely updates on issues and has started actively looking into the request portal. I'd like to thank them for the provided support.

Aug 24,2023Chris Povoas and Kayleigh looked after Whitelands and myself and Faith, the other Director, were very sad to see them reallocated. Both were very professional. Not only in replying promptly but also in being pro-active when it came to dealing with issues. They are also highly personable. The politics of this estate made their jobs quite difficult from time to time but they handled them all with a sure touch,

I am a landlord and the Haus portal allows my tenants access to all the news and notices to do with the block. I am grateful to Davida who reminded me that the details were not up to date for the current tenants and she did the update herself once I supplied the relevant details. Thank you

Kholewa in particular was excellent in managing my transaction working to tight timescales in a professional and friendly manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Haus management services.
