I had to contact Lamees for assistance with an issue I had with a property which Haus Block manage. Lamees was most helpful especially given that it was close to Christmas and she continued to provide assistance until the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank yo Lamees. I only wish others matters could be resolved by this company as quickly. As I file this review I have another issue with Haus Block for which the company would receive a -10 star review if it were possible.
Upon contacting Brenton Steenkamp at Haus Block Management for help in booking an appointment with a contractor, he did this for me with the exact time and date I requested immediately without any hesitation. Excellent service. Would recommend them.
Chanté Louw has been very helpful and dealt with my requests immediately in a kind and efficient manner. I have been very impressed with her and it has increased my trust in Haus as a company. I so appreciate being able to speak to a real person and not a machine and a person who listens and cares about their job.

I have been living in the building for two years as a flat owner. I have never been noticed that there is a resident portal until last month. Janine Ford helped me set up the portal account very quickly. There were some changes of personnel and things seem to be improving.
Excellent management company, extremely helpful throughout the sale of my flat and very quick to respond. Kholewa Tshomi was particularly helpful!

Feb 22,2025Haus' communication and quality of service has been excellent since they took over management of the block that I live in. I've largely dealt with Brenton Steenkamp in the recent booking of a fire-door inspection which was carried out swiftly at an agreed time with rapid and professional correspondence throughout. Service charges have been very reasonable when compared to other managed blocks, and our previous management, and especially when the quality of service is considered.
