The worst service company in all of London! Last 8-10July, water was coming from the drain of the kitchen sink in the back! The water was from other apartments and was coming to me, Ι sent an email to the Haus company to bring a technician to repair the blocked central pipe of the building's drainage !For days I was unfairly trying to find help from these irresponsible people like Victor, the worst of all! Foul and dirty water, dirty food was coming back into the sink of my apartment! After 14 days when they told me to bring a technician, even if the problem actually comes from them they will compensate me. With this news I called a good British company on 19/7/23 and on 20/7/23 the technician came and unclogged the central drainage pipe of the building and my problem was resolved! I contacted the Haus company again and they told me to send them everything the details, the invoices and the proof of payment so that they deposit the money to me (I received this email on 27/7/23 so you can understand how irresponsible this Victor is) Until today 09/08/23, it’s 32 days later, they have not paid me the money I paid out of pocket because this company is irresponsible and unrelated to the management of anything. Don't believe what they say. They are liars and worthless!

Worst experience ever. Property “managers” are all based in South Africa in a call centre. None of them have ever been to visit the properties they “manage”. They don’t budget properly and therefore you get “bill shock” when suddenly hit with a demand for cash and if you don’t pay immediately they start charging you extra fees. Put massive margins on top of contractor fees. Almost certainly getting kick backs from insurance providers as the quotes they get are astronomical compared to what you get searching yourself. The quicker legislation is introduced to stop these cowboys the better. Anything other than a one star review on this site is likely a contractor who’s been asked to give them a review. Don’t touch them with a barge pole if you value your money or mental health.
