Mar 20,2023As a Block Director i've been working with Kazumi for several months now. Kazumi is our third Haus Block property manager in a year and on the whole the transfer process has been seamless. Kazumi has had a variety of block management 'issues to deal with, both routine and 'left-field', in a very short space of time and has managed them promptly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Mar 18,2023I’ve had a great experience with Carlee and the whole team at Haus. Carlee offers very professional, polite and efficient customer service. I’ve found her very patient and was impressed with her manner and her communication, she is also just a very nice person! I’m confident that if I needed anything in future, Carlee would also be there to support me, along with the whole team!

Mar 16,2023Really, really bad sewage problems that have resulted in us having to vacate the property. No notification from HAUS that the problems existed (found out through a neighbour and the smell when I got back to the apartment) which resulted in a night of damming flooding sewage. Would highly recommend not using HAUS - bad communitication, cutting corners and not having the right checks in place etc seem a standard.
