We have continued to enjoy the prompt response and effective cooperation of the NRH Manager Sebastian, and the Caretaker Virginia. This is remarkably so even in cases of urgent maintenance issues that have required assistance due to short-notice visits from outside agents. We recall particularly recent utilities and insurance inspection visits. We really appreciate this and thank them immensely!
There was fly tipping on our estate that was not just ugly, it was blocking people from accessing the bins and recycling. I reported it to Haus. I didn't expect anything for a couple of weeks. But I got a reply the next day saying that someone was coming out the following day. And the next day it was gone. Making promises that are kept is a rare thing nowadays. But I was very impressed and very grateful.

Haus took over the management of our estate just over a year ago which wasn't an easy task after a difficult hand over by the previous managing agents. It has been a pleasure to deal with Sebastian. He has been very professional, methodical, punctual, and gets things done. One of Sebastian's exceptional achievements has been to ensure the lease and articles have been followed correctly. This included obtaining contributions for the Residents Association from the social housing properties - the first time this has been achieved since the estate was built 30 years ago.

Our block has transitioned the managing agent from MCS to HAUS..... What a change and improvement!!! We benefit now from Haus portal, processes and organisation, but also a dedicated manager Kazumi Taguchi. She is great at sorting out complex issues, working with us as a team on complex situations, and also providing excellent advices. I am not a pro on our block management and Kazumi is of great help, I feel more confident fulfilling my role as a director!
