Jul 25,2023We encountered Hedges Direct at the BBC Gardeners World event at Beaulieu. The team on the stand were very helpful and guided us on ordering the privet we wanted. We ended up buying twice as the plants were of good quality so we decided to plant more.

Jul 25,2023I ordered 300 hornbeam whips for a hedge I was going to do. The plants arrived well packaged and not a single plant was damaged. They were healthy and looked good with Roots that also looked good. I planted half of them and had to put the others in water as the ground wasn’t ready, I was quite worried that they might die as it was two weeks before I was ready for them, but no they were doing really well and were even sprouting. They are all in the ground now and are growing really well I’m so pleased I bought from this company and would recommend them to anyone.A big thank you from me.

I also received a phone call last week to check on the progress of the plants, from somebody who was obviously knowledgeable and interested. We would certainly use them again,

Jul 25,2023Bit unfair to give four stars as it was only the delayed delivery that warranted this. The courier took an extra day and a couple of the plants were very dry so had to be re-hydrated and trimmed back before planting at the customers garden. Plant heights and fullness were really good and all well packaged.

When I contacted the office regarding delivery the staff could not have been more helpful and there was even a follow up call to ensure all was OK. I was most impressed.
