Aug 28,2020This was not my first purchase from Heritage and I don't have any complaints regarding their service. The service was fine and the parts sent to me timely. It was the cost that got me. A little plastic high/med/low knob was 16.52 plus tax and the shipping. Thought that to be a bit much.
