Jul 24,2020I replaced a small plastic gear on the Fujitsu split AC fan unit. I liked the clear photo of the part and the size descriptions. The silver dollar sized gear was plastic, weighed less than an ounce and cost less than ten dollars. I spoke to the customer service rep and he was able to adjust the shipping down from the standard $25. The gear was express shipped and I was very happy with all aspects of the purchase.
