Jul 16,2020Ordered a spray nozzle, received a motor. Called in right away. Nothing was done for 2 weeks. Had to call back again to get my spray nozzle but also had to pay a second time while I waited for a return label for the motor, wait for you to receive the motor, and then wait for you to process a credit.

Jul 15,2020American Range bake igniter was proving difficult to find. My local appliance parts outlet sold me a "universal" product that worked okay for a few months, but Heritage had the OEM part - the manufacturer's upgraded replacement. We are hoping that will provide better service. The ground service got the part to me in a week and it was a perfect fit for the oven.
