Overall was very pleased with heritages customer service. Not looking forward to Parts town taking over their parts people don't seem to have the same level of knowledge about what part is needed for any particular Appliance.

Needed apart for a Miele dishwasher. Made a call, discussed my need and Mary put in a request to Miele to verify the correct part. Within an hour we had the confirmation, the part was in stock and shipped out immediately. Two days later the dishwasher was working. Great service - great price.

Extremely dissatisfied as I have been trying to purchase a Curtron replace curtain since the middle of June - please note this has been a huge ordeal - The last person "Barb" who tried to assist me was condescending and rude over the phone, I had her on speaker and my co-worker could not believe how she spoke to me......I finally called RHS for a generic replacement, as our client is livid over the time period this has taken.........

I use Heritege for most of my parts. The ladies that answer the phone are always so nice. It is nice to hear a friendly voice. It’s nice they are very personable. They always will help with finding parts.
