Sep 13,2019Specialised HGV Training with the support of Nazmul Hussain who adhered to my every needs put me with a lorry training company Big On Training and it was a great experience. I really enjoyed driving properly and this was down to my driving instructor, Mr Lee Morris, the guy is a very knowledgeable and proficient instructor. I cannot remember the last time when I was so please with my driving as when I was doing my lorry driving test and that is the honest truth.

Aug 29,2019I have had an excellent experience especially with Ammar Farishta. He was aware of current situations which were putting my training on hold and he was very understanding and sympathetic towards my issues. This helped me stay the course and want to continue with my training. Now that things have settled, I am looking forward to passing my tests. Ammar made sure my hazard perception and multiple choice tests were booked in on days that suited me and sent me all the relevant info. It's a pleasure working with HGV Specialists and with Ammar as my go-to person, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Thank you, Paul Fleming

Aug 28,2019Ammar Farishta Customer Service: I only spoke to Ammar Farishta - the Operations Team Leader for one afternoon and he managed to provide booking dates for my practical course and test as well as extra transport arrangements and retest dates for my course in September within 30 minutes!

Aug 23,2019Tanya was very patient with me, with me being a nightshift worker it’s very hard to get hold of me during the day and she awaited my reply and bared with me on this occasion and helped get me booked in for my medical for my HGV licence

That school is great for someone who don't know anything about training they are very honest and answer any questions you got even a silly one. I want to thanks a lot to Nazmul Hussain he was supporting me with my training. Really appreciate for that. I recommend that school 5stars from me thanks again

Aug 16,2019Don't go with this company. Do it yourself. Much safer and cheaper. I went with them got the 3 tries. Went to do the test 1st time, unfo failed. After that I had to step back due to problem. They keep say we email me to rebook but I assure I didn't get their email. I phone them to say I'm not interested. Now they keep taking my money because they said they booked it but I didn't receive any email or phone call bout it. If they want this review to disappear THEY CAN PHONE ME!!!!!

Sep 25,2019A brilliant course training provider... besides coming in at a very affordable cost, the service and training process is top class! I would definitely reccomend to anyone who is thinking of making a career change into HGV to use Specialist HGV Training.
