Apr 09,2025I rented an apartment in Rome (the Elder Statesman) which was fantastic. The apartment was in a great location (walking distance to the Colosseum and Pantheon) with numerous restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was very safe. The host was very helpful and responsive. The whole booking experience was great.

It is reassuring to have a local company as hosts, so if there is a problem, or you need to book a transfer, they are there to help. Plum Guide are so useful to find such gems as this.

All the properties we have stayed in have been really lovely and exactly as described. I love the Plum Guide! The team are super swift to respond to any questions and the whole booking experience with them is super straightforward.

Apr 07,2025The apartment was central, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. We slept very well and the double glazing moderated the noise from the busy square outside. We had some niggles: the rooms lacked blinds so light from outside and the lounge was unwelcome in the bedrooms; some items of the crockery (cups and plates)were chipped; the WiFi worked in the lounge but was intermittent elsewhere in the apartment; no corkscrew which is unforgivable in Spain; there was no dishwasher contrary to information on the website.Good communication with the owner.On balance it was very good but for the price could be better.

Apr 06,2025A personal welcome and walk through of all the elements of the apartment by a Plum associate was excellent. The apartment had beautiful, authentic mid-century decor, fully equipped, and a fabulous 7th floor view. Centrally located, close to all the sites and local markets. The information about the building's architect and apartment owner was very interesting and added context to the historical designation.

Mar 23,2025The apartment on the 4th floor 2 bedrooms was amazing very clean everything we needed, the staff on reception were so helpful and the cleaning staff are doing a fantastic job, I forgot my charger and reception lent me one. So thank you for that. I would highly recommend and will defo be coming back 5 min walk into the centre with all the shops 10 minutes to ao arena perfect. Mar 22,2025I found what I wanted to rent and the period it was available. I had one problem that prevented me from "making the purchase proceed". Just one simple question that could generate a simple answer. But Plum not only won't give one an answer, they also won't let one ask the question. For the future of Planet Earth this is more than horrific. It's lunacy

The communication with Plum Guide regarding the reservation and our stay was flawless. I would highly recommend Plum Guide for a great travel getaway.
