Delivery was fast I will give them that but communication and email reply’s are none existing on my refund request. I will update this review if they get in contact with me... Update on my order after getting through to customer service who were helpful in the end. Sent my product back to Germany and got my refund today. A little tip for future update the phone numbers on website as they are wrong and work on having more communication to your customers when complaining.

Ordered equipment 10 days ago. They said delivery would be 3 to 5 days. They do not respond to email, the tracking number they supplied does not work. Very frustrating. No idea if or when my order will arrive.

Bought 2 electric patio heaters from Hifi-Tower. 1 arrived in perfect condition and the other with a broken element. Despite repeated emails and online forms they haven’t responded and no way of getting refund or replacement. Very poor customer service.

One star as I think it’s crap and noisy after 1 week of use....Bought cs capital sports ab home machine had it a week now and it’s making a noise using it. not very happy considering it was £90 plus no instructions on how to use or any exercise info.had to look online and only found a German video so what a bloody joke

I don’t like writing bad reviews about anyone,however buying on the internet is something we all do,and we need help in choosing the right company.I ordered a Klarstein Kamado King from Hifi Tower,a big purchase at €999,which is a good price actually.and it arrived on time.but one of the plates was broken,and an implement missing,so I emailed them straight away.that was 9 days ago,and I resent the mail yesterday with a note on it expressing my disappointment at not having even received an acknowledgment,never mind a promise to send me on the replacements.and I was going to buy more from them,and I have 2 friends who want to buy the same thing.well they will buy elsewhere now.customer relations is important in any successful business,so that says a lot.I had read some bad reviews,so I was nervous at spending so much. However,I was subsequently contacted by Hifi Tower and asked to return the whole item,eventually they got to understand that it would be quite difficult to return an 87kg Ceramic grill when all that was wrong was a heat deflector plate was broken.they then offered and gave me €100 refund,which was more than enough buy a replacement plate,so a happy ending.particularly as I want to buy a music system from them.so in the end,all good.but their customer support does need to be improved,allowing for COVID problems.

Horrible experience! Purchased a garden swing for £520. After three weeks the bar rusted and snapped. I asked for a replacement part but they said I had to return the full swing. They have the swing over 1 month now and no refund, no replacement and avoid responding to emails. I would never deal with this company or recommend them
