After some initial chasing on my part the team came back to me to explain that one of the items I had ordered as B st sock was no longer available. However they were issuing me A stock version instead at no additional cost. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 relates to me having to chase this initially. Once in communication I found the team’s response excellent. It would have been helpful if I had received some initial communication re lack of stock.

Scandalous how this company can still be in operation. You order something, they take your money immediately and in my case don’t bother sending the product. They have zero customer service skills. The online chat system is a joke where they will simply ignore you and hang up. Paypal dispute lodged. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to use them.

I bought a stereo from this company in early Dec 2020 for a Christmas present , they sent the wrong item , I contacted them and they said that as a "gesture of goodwill"?? that they would send the correct item and sent me a confirmation that it had been dispatched they also said that they would send a pre paid sticker to return the wrong one , the sticker came , I sent the item back and they refunded the money for me , however this wasn't what I requested ,to be fair they did refund the full amount The reason they now say that they refunded my money rather than sent me the correct item is that the item is out of stock , however they are still selling the item online through their website for £35 more , they obviously messed up and didn't want to lose the £35 , also remember they did send me a email to say the correct item had been sent which wasn't true .

Honestly I am disappointed. This is just scrap. You have to play very low volume. The time you increase volume it crashes. I regret having bought it. I immediately contacted customer service for return they said they will send return labels. It never came after 2+ weeks. Good for rubbish

Chimnea Order number changed from initial order to final order. Item came within a week A great service. I have to try out the chimnea yet but am looking forward to having it on my patio.

Never buy here. They charged me. Item never arrived. When I contacted 3 weeks later they told me it was out of stock and would issue a refund in 5 days. 4 weeks wasted and no communication. NEVER AGAIN

Horrible service...I ordered a infrared heater from them, and they sent a defective one. I returned the defective item using their label and after a month of waiting, the replacement had still not even shipped. Will NEVER do business with them again. Getting a refund and looking elsewhere.

I ordered on January 2nd, did not receive a confirmation email, but the money was taken on January 4th., still no order confirmation. After a phone call ( apparently the order was not on the system) they created a new order on January 6th and accepted a cancellation. Many emails , life chats and phone calls later I still have no refund received. I changed my credit card because the whole process makes me very uneasy about this company. Absolutely not trustworthy!

They Simply do not care , and if they make an error it is completely brushed under the carpet. There Customer service is absolutely Brutal. Their agents Lie to you and copy and paste the same reply over and over again. Here was my situation .... I would have NEVER have placed an order in the first place if the agent had given me correct information! I had been looking for a decent exercise bike and came across a product on their website. i thought it looked like a great product but my main aim was to get something over to Ireland ASAP as Brexit is delaying a lot of packages arriving here to Ireland. On their website it clearly stated 8-10 working days. I thought that was a decent enough time to get it shipped over but I decided to investigate further. I decided to register with them so the website would pick up my current location. The shipping time remained the same. I was still paranoid so I looked up their location and saw that it was Germany, i though great, not from the U.K . I started to become more confident that I would get my product in 8 - 10 working days but then i noticed they had a customer Service chatline. I was very happy to see this as I Believed I could rely on this. I spoke with an agent and asked him the estimated delivery time . he said let me come back to you and check that out. I was thinking, great customer service at this current time. He came back and confirmed 8-10 working days. I was very happy and decided to place my order. I returned less than an hour later to have a look at the product I had just ordered. They had then changed it to 35 - 40 working days. I was infuriated as i went out of my way to find out the delivery time and that was the only worry I had. The agent , apologized and said he was not informed but assured me it would take 3- 5 working days for my refund. THIS WAS JANUARY 5TH. As annoyed as I was I accepted it as I have worked in a similar role before and I know the power is out of his hands now. He still could have gave me CORRECT information in the first place though and this mess would have never happened in the first place I believed I would receive my refund on the following Monday the 11th or Tuesday the latest the 12th. I had to return before then as they sent me an email saying my order was confirmed and assured me not to worry this was an automatic email. Ill be honest seeing that email did not sit right with me. I then returned on Jan 11th the day my refund should have been issued and another agent then said to me it would take another 48 - 72 hours that the finance department was dealing with it. I could not believe it. i was so angry. I felt like I was being scammed as any time I looked for any sort of explanation they would repeat the same thing to me like a robot. They ended up saying i would DEFINITELY receive my refund within 3 days. MORE LIES ! I never received any refund last week but i did get an email and a copy and pasted answer from their customer service team saying.... We have escalated the refund case to the finance team again as the refund was not successfully processed the first time. We are waiting on a response from the finance team, and we will let you know as soon as we hear back from them. i have all my chat history saved from them, they have repeated this so many times .... If your finance team does not reply RING THEM!!!! It is now 2 weeks later, with no refund and reading a bunch of reviews on A LOT of review websites , i think they might leave me waiting 30 days...ALL DUE TO THEIR OWN ERROR!! I CANCELED WITHIN THE HOUR of placing the order. Due to their own error they should have refunded me that day. !!! Stay away from Hi Fi Towers , trust me its not worth the hassle, their products look great and the prices are decent but looking at reviews they are nothing but bad news .... Update ...took me 3 weeks to receive my money ...Not worth the hassle at all

I found this site completely by accident, and so glad I did . The purchase I made was so simple in every way . From the item I bought to the delivery. It all came together beautifully, and considering the mess we are in I was truly amazed . They told me when I would get the item , and it was exact , I needed this urgent for my disabled son . And I was not let down . Amazing thank you to all concerned.

Heater arrived very quick delivery. Lamp was broken. I made on call, customer service excellent, received a label and returned free of charge. Bought another which arrived bang on time and works perfectly. Received refund for first on quickly. My parents bought 2 and had no problems. Highly recommended.

Please save yourself time, and troubles. Do not buy from them, because they are absolutely not trust worthy. Selling extremely bad quality products. I bought an exercise machine, Stormbike to be specific. Though I am doing business with irish company, had to wait very long for delivery from Germany. The electronics broke after just a month of using it, and now I have to return it whole. But I don't have an original box. (WHO WOULD EXPECT TO KEEP THE BOX FOR OVER A MONTH FFS) Can't get in touch with an actual human being to try to fix it somehow, because all the replies I get are sent by a bot. And they are generic answers. On top of that, to return the product they expect me to deliver it to a nearest UPS drop off... It's an absolute nightmare to deal with them, and I feel like I got basically scammed by them. Because there is no help from them nor effort to actually fix this. Just return policy, for the whole product that I can't return without an original box. Lost 230* euro to these scammers. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
