Do not buy a Blumfeldt outdoor heater from Hifi Tower because if anything goes wrong you are on your own and you will not be able to make contact with anyone! When it goes right it’s brilliant but but the risk is too high and very frustrating. I wish I could be more positive but my experience is dismal.
Appalling customer service. Worst experience ever. Endless email loops trying to get in touch regarding a failed delivery. Ended up contacting the couriers myself to prove non-delivery. Don't try phoning. Don't bother with the online survey. No use trying Facebook or Twitter - they're long dead online channels. They do respond on FB Messenger but only ask you to email in. Appalling service. Good luck if you spend your money with them and something goes wrong. Try any other supplier. In the world. Updated 15.11.20 refund has finally arrived in my bank account with no confirmation from the company for the mix-up or apology for the unexplained delay. Not minded to budge from the one star review based on the apathetic stance from these people.
STAY AWAY - NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I had ordered a Klarstein Brauheld 27.10.2020 - I paid 481 Euro for it. Then, sadly I noticed I had ordered the wrong product. I called the "Customer Support" and was in the line for how many minutes. Nobody picked up. I tried the whole day and the next day again. I wrote 2 emails, NO response. And last but not least, I got an Email on the 28.10.2020 saying, my order is on its way ! This company is based in Germany, Berlin Kreuzberg, exactly the location where I used to live. So, if YOU have any issues, do NOT call the UK number but the company in Germany which is called CHAL-TEC GMBH

I purchased a spin dryer for £64.99. I found it was easy to order, reasonable delivery time (under 1 week) and product was as I expected for amount I paid for it. The spin dryer does the job I want it to.

I have a bad experience with them as well ordered an item worth of 300€ and after few days they sent me a refund of 63€ which I didn't ask for...??? Then a another email saying I need to pay a full amount or the item want be send...?and after that no emails nothing...I did try to contact them via email and no response...!!!?? Can anyone help?or did anyone had a similar experience?
Heater arrived within 9 days. Excellent quality and very sleek. Heater is perfect and heats the place great! Always make sure that you have room measurements and check that the power of the heater is suited to the size of your room and you will be as happy as I was! Some of the reviews were off putting but thankfully I did not have a bad experience at all!

Hifi Tower contacted me and sent me the details to return the heater. They have sent the prepaid label and I posted it as well. I will update this further if I get this sorted. Old Review : I Ordered an infrared heater, arrived on tome, tracking was fine, packing eas good and safe but, was not working. The very next day I tried to call their customer service, no answer, sent 3 online return request but no response, sent an email attaching the return request screenshot and the order info but no response. The online chat is also not working. I don't understand the point of cooling off period and extended cooling off period when the contact page itself is not working! I had read reviews online about the company before I made the purchase. There were many good as well as bad ones, but I thought, maybe I’d have a good experience. I should have gone with my gut feeling and with other reviewers warnings of staying away from this company in all costs. If I do get a response from Hifi Tower I will change this review.
Ordered a heater, worked for about 30 seconds before it stopped. Have tried a number of times to call their customer service, no answer - just remain on hold. Have sent 2 return requests online - these remain unanswered. Have tried to use their online chat tool - page doesn’t exist. Their get in contact page on their website doesn’t exist when you select it. Received a separate email from them asking me to review my recent purchase, guess what... when I clicked on the link the page didn’t exist! I had read reviews online about the company before I made the purchase. As they were very mixed I decided to go ahead, maybe I’d have a good experience. I should have gone with my gut feeling, you start doubting the credibility of a company when there is no customer service available. Updated on 28/10/20 - email received from Hifi Tower regarding return. Updated 14/11/20 - heater has been returned and awaiting refund. This company should be more focused on the customer service experience. When you incur a problem with a purchase there should be someone on the end of a phone to speak to, their live chat should work and they should respond to email queries or at least you should receive an automated reply. When all these elements don’t work you start thinking you have no comeback on your money. HIfi Tower need to improve their customer service.
Great product, quick delivery and easy to use website
My product arrived already opened and they decided to replace the existing plug with a plug that was already broken and clearly defective (which was not pre-approved by me nor was I asked if I wanted this alternative plug). The package which my product was packaged in was all torn down on one side - clearly when they decided to open a brand new product (without my permission and prior to me receiving same) they tore the box it came in. They also opened it from underneath so when I took the box out of the package it arrived in, from the Courier, it nearly fell out of my hands as I wasn't expecting it to, firstly, already be opened and secondly, opened from the bottom, and in doing so it nearly fell out of my hands. The quality of the Stereo was extremely poor and overall arrived in an appalling condition. You are unable to call them - the phone message keeps cutting you off and despite sending several emails about my product I still have received no reply and no returns label - this is hugely concerning. I am still awaiting a returns label and my refund - there has been zero communication from them. ***AVOID at all costs***
