Dec 18,2020Very poor. Ordered a 200€ fire pit from the Irish website. Arrived in fine time, but with a piece missing and other pieces excessively damaged and rusted. Returned by courier and opted for replacement as I was told (on a Monday 7/12/20 of return) it would be there by Friday week (today the 18/12/20). They said it’s dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the product back. It was not. I phoned Monday the 14/12/20 to see if they got it which they had and told it will definitely be there by Xmas (it’s a Xmas present). Phoned again yesterday, 17/12/20 to be greeted by a not very nice person who told me the replacement was not yet dispatched and it wouldn’t be there by Xmas. I then had to cancel my order and get a refund. Very disappointing. Would never use again

Dec 11,2020Ordered a cooker hood that arrived with a small dent, I sent numerous emails asking for a partial refund to cover the cosmetic damage but after a month still not had a response so I raised case with payment provider. They sent me a return label within 24 hours to return the item rather than give me a partial refund, no discussion, no contact and obviously never read any emails or even the description in my paypal case. What a truly awful experience.

Dec 09,2020Would avoid at all costs, they had a black Friday deals up which I bought stupidity before reading the reviews, stated on the site no delays to deliveries due to covid and that I'd have my item in 4 days. 3 weeks down the line and no item still. Spoke to customer service and was told my item was lost, then told me he could not refund me as he didn't have the system to do that. Avoid them at all cost a nightmare to deal with

Nov 21,2020Recently looking to purchase a record player. Unsure of which to choose so sent a Facebook msg. Got a reply suggesting one triple the budget I said I had. Asked about another I had in mind and got confirmation that indeed it was sufficient for my needs. Ordered it and delivery was quick. Removed it slightly from the box to see a very large crack in the lid of the player. Took pictures to show I hadn't even removed the polestyrene. The damage was done prior to delivery. Tried to use the returns option on the website..... Useless as I got errors. Emailed the pictures of damaged item and website errors requesting a returns procedure. Heard nothing back. Sent msg on Facebook bd was advised I would receive returns label by email. Returned item on 13/11/2020 and have emailed and Facebook msged. No reply from hifi-tower to date.

Nov 19,2020Good quality product. Looks exactly as it is shown on the web. Delivery time a day earlier than promised. For improvement: 1. shorter delivery time 2. Delivery company to give at least 24hr notice if delivery time and date differ from the originally promised.time.I was given one hour notice for last delivery on a different date than expected and was at work.

Nov 16,2020This is my second purchase of Hifi Tower. Again the delivery was efficient. I have just received the lounger and so haven't had the opportunity to really use it, but it appears to be fairly well made and robust, so suitable for its intended purpose.

Nov 09,2020They send me a damage product and i try to contact them for weeks and nothing so i open a case and after that they answer and told me i need to return this back for refund i send the heater back and now i wait moore than 2 weeks for refund is alredy 2 months since I purchased the heater. Never ever with this company.

Dec 23,2020I bought a new OneConcept V13 CD radio player. On arrival read the instructions, plugged it in to a live 13 amp socket. Pushed the on button, nothing worked. Read the instructions checked everything again. It did not work, nothing at all. Sent it back.
