I bought a Klarstein Maischfest Mash Kettle Mash Tank buck in October 2018. when I come it was a bit bashed and it straightened out but had to glue the base together. I've not had the chance to use it yet with working lots and already having lots of small batches of beer to drink. Let's hope next week when I start me holiday to works.

Purchased speaker brackets at 7am Tuesday morning and paid via Paypal. The item was in stock and website promises immediate dispatch with 3-5 days delivery. I called on the same day to ask if they could be dispatched quickly as I needed them on the Friday. I was told that I had not paid for the item. I explained that I paid via PayPal and had the Paypal email confirmation, I was promised that the order would be dispatched. Called again Thursday and item still not dispatched, was told that they had sent an email to their finance dept but had no reply and the finance dept have to link my paypal transaction to the order and then it can be dispatched. Awful service. AVOID!!!!!!

Well im not one to normally leave a review but after reading all the bad reviews i feel i should. I placed my order on a Wednesday night for 2 x Active 15" speakers at £140 each, after that i then read the recent bad reviews and i will admit it did get me abit worried. So i called on the Friday to be told it was all okay (even though when i tracked my items it said they had not beed despatched) So on Monday night i tracked again and the items were being collected in Germany by DPD, Tuesday my items had arrived in the UK and on Wednesday they was at my front door :-) fantastic. And the items are as expected, seem built well and sound incredible. So 5 working days from ordering to being delivered just as advertised. Well done Hifi-Tower and Thankyou for the smooth transaction

I have placed my order on 6th of September for retro sound system. Thankfully I have checked my order later in the week as it was a birthday gift. So I called customer service team to check on my delivery status (as I never received tracking number) and they advised me that my order is not in their system. I have checked my bank statement and money was already taken by the website. It took 2 weeks for them to prove that I have paid money in order to dispatch my order..Needless to say birthday gift was missing on a birthday. Would only give 0 star but customer service agents over the phone was nice and supportive. Order is still on the way and its 25th September... Advice: if you are ordering from this webpage - call them immediately to ensure that order actually is placed.

About two and a half years ago I bought a Klarstein Omni chef 45 mini oven from what I thought was Klarstein direct, only when it arrived eventually it had a Hi-Fi tower label on it. I've used it on a daily basis almost 24/7 and its been a great piece of kit,to be honest I probably over used it and the two lower heating elements stopped working. I searched around on line and almost bought another make but couldn't find one with the same specs, ie. capacity, fan assisted, rotisserie etc. So despite some reservations I ordered a new klarstein exactly the same as the old one from Hi-Fi tower. they quoted 3-5 days delivery, it took 6 days, i was kept updated almost daily on the parcel tracking and on the day of delivery it arrived within the 1 hour time slot allocated by DPD. My reservations!! The negative reviews about other products and experience of purchasers. Looking at both Klarstein and Hi-Fi tower websites its obvious that they either are the same company or very closely related. Also Hi-Fi Towers UK address is High Street Road, Waterham, Kent, ME139EJ. Google maps shows this as a garden centre almost in the middle of nowhere. I leave you to make up your own minds but I don't think ill be buying a gazebo or anything else from them apart from another oven In 3/4 years.

The customer service I received from this company was first class. I ordered a large 45kilo rowing machine which was delivered from Germany to UK in reasonable time, unfortunately it was not happy with the actual product so I requested a return. They had no problems in issuing me a returns slip within a day of me requesting one and then they arranged for the rowing machine to be collected and returned to Germany free of charge. I received my full refund a few days later. I could not have asked for better customer service.

I ordered a VHF-4-HS Wireless Microphone Set way in advance, thinking it will come on time for my event. Only to realise they will deliver after my event even though I ordered well in advance. So bear this in mind when ordering from them as they do not keep to the delivery time windows stated on their sites. I asked for a full refund as they failed to keep to their word.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! Ordered a 4x3 meter gazebo over a month ago and still waiting now! Hifi-Tower told me that it got lost in the post....it’s not like it’s a toothpick is it!?! Called Berlin and finally got through to a guy that couldn’t care less plus not at any point did he apologise for the service I have received but apparently issued my refund...that was a week ago and now I cannot get through. This company is a pure scam! First of all product they sell is VERY poor quality. They advertise really intractable prices and product looks nice, but when you pay money for it, first of all you would be lucky to get it or get it in few weeks and even if you will get it, i guarantee you will get disappointed with that product quality! I have bought surround sound speaker set for home cinema. I have made an order and till now fighting them to get my refund! Claimed on PayPal now! Trust me and stay away from these SCAMMERS!

On 8 July I ordered a set of speakers from their website. It should be noted that I was charged immediately on order. The order stated I could expect delivery in 4-6 working days. There's a link provided to you, for where you can see your order status. A week later, I noticed the order never shipped. I contacted customer service and, as usual, it takes over 24-hours for a response. Their phone numbers don't ever appear to work, which raised my suspicions. Essentially I was told twice that the item would ship in the next 3 working days or that shipping was imminent. It never happened. Finally, after demanding a refund, I'm told on 28 July that "due to backlog at the warehouse and logistic issues, we have had to cancel your order." This is a disgraceful German company who likely never had the speakers and was happy to waste my time while holding on to my funds, in the process.

Ordered air cooler on 29 June, ups said delivered and signed for 10 days later. I never received this product. Have rang hifi towers numerous times and excuse after excuse. I've emailed and get stock replays. It's 4 weeks now since ordering, and still no product or refund. They are the worst company to deal with, impossible to contact and absolutely no customer care. Use at your pearl.

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered speakers on June 26th. Apparently 3 to 5 days for delivery. Took my payment. After emailing them 4 times because no despatch details I received 4 invoices for the same order. I was told 6 days ago my item was despatched and today I received an email saying they were refunding me my money. Only after i raised am issue with PayPal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! JOKE!!

I ordered an evaporative air cooler on their website 4 days ago. The email I received advised that I would receive a full confirmation of my order, an order number or an invoice within 2 hours. I have heard nothing from them. I emailed the company after 2 days but no reply. I have tried ringing them but calls cost 20p a minute and I was left hanging on. I have just checked my online bank account and see that the payment from my account appears twice. I think this company is acting fraudulently and would advise you to buy elsewhere Update: It gets worse and worse. After 10 days hifi tower advised me that they did not have the item in stock. The item was still showing on their website. I emailed to cancel my order. I was then advised that the item had been despatched anyway. Having returned the item I have not received a refund. I emailed about this and the fact that I had been charged twice and was owed an immediate refund of almost £190. I have received a reply to say that they have a large number of emails to deal with and I will receive a reply as soon as possible.

i ordered 4 air coolers they have all ready got the payment. but still no confirmation on order or order number. I tried ringing for 2 days allways line busy sent email no reply i dont know where i stand my money already taken and no communication with the company would give them zero ratings but 1 star is the lowest i can click

Totally disappointed 😓😥 I bought a scooter for 169 euros and after exactly 1 month it was totally destroid. I have sent many email and they don’t replay at all. There is such nice trustables companies to purchase but HI Fi never more I will buy anything.

I was disappointed with the product so went through the the online procedure to send a return (which they say they do within 14 days). I got an automated email saying that I would be hearing from someone soon about how to return the project, that was over 25 days ago and still no word.
