Apr 04,2018Having discovered sous vide I could not wait to buy a bath, there are very expensive ones and very cheap ones so I took myself into the middle where I discovered the Klarstein, hugely reduced so I had the chance to buy something I wouldn't otherwise have been able to afford. What a lucky day, I've used it many times now and I love it, the oven never goes on now all meats are in the Klarstein. Love it.

Apr 04,2018Product came loosely packaged, the floor pads for the tower speakers were dirty, sticky, scratched, and (worryingly) smelt very odd. Otherwise all good.

Apr 04,2018All was fantastic but for the delivery man who wouldn't bring the fridge further than the front door. I am disabled so my kids had to carry the fridge into the correct room.. ive never heard of a fridge delivery who said he wasn't allowed to bring a fridge into the kitchen. He also knocked over my flower pot and all the contents spilled out. He didn't apologise for either problem.

The unit was delivered as expected within timeframe and as since been tried and tested along with software and all works well. There was a slight hitch with the invoice, but that was sorted in due course and to my satisfaction.
