UPDATE ... the speaker Auna Beachboy what i bought in 2018 ... started to stop working in 2022. I mean ... stops alone to work in radio mode jumping in BT mode. I try many times to connect back the radio but nothing, in half second jump alone back in BT mode π€π€¦ββοΈ. Finaly when get to connect in radio mode, after a while is changing again alone in BT mode π€π€¦ββοΈ. I use it home just plugged. The battery don't hold too much. I changed 3 batteries in 4 years. Now Dec'23 ... and is staying in radio mode when it want. All the time jump alone in BT mode. π€π€¦ββοΈ

Constant spam emails from this company after a single purchase. In addition to others, I was sent five emails from them asking for a review on this website. Hugely, hugely irritating Hi-fi Tower.

I purchased the vertical turntable. A excellent piece of art, usb in, plays LPs and most 12" singles sound quality is ok but it didn't play my 7" 45's which is the majority of my record collection. The automatic shut off cut in too early so stopped before playing all of the record very frustrating. I did mention to Hifi-Tower that there should be a switch to turn off the auto shut off function, as with many other low to medium budget turntables for sale. Hifi-tower offered me a very derisory partial refund of Β£8 and to keep and repair it myself, a new item should not need repairing! Considering the unit cost me Β£85 NO THANKS Had to pack it up and send back. Full refund received. But what a waste of time. That's why I've given the company very low 2 stars.
After a sticky first transaction (carrier failed to deliver the mixer) purchase price was refunded in full. No such problems with this second purchase.
Works very well and does what it says on the tin.

Apr 10,2018Update. So this review got their attention and I got a call. Offered a discount on a future purchase and a refund as soon as the second chair was dispatched to them. I refused because I have lost faith in their ablity to resolve issues and this is now April. The chair was on its way to them already...then their systems sent a third chair rather than do my refund. No refund now until that is on its way back to them. I have to refuse delivery on Monday because they canΒ΄t contact the couriers to do it. Frankly, if you like wasting your time on plugging the gaps in their quality and logistics systems, take the risk with an order. If not, look elsewhere, I am First post below I ordered a beach chair before Christmas, which when unpacked on Christmas Day had clearly been a customer return. The fabric on the chair was badly marked from movement of other parts, which had not been repacked properly. I returned this for a replacement and guess what? yes, I got another one in exactly the same condition. not only did I have to deal with the disappointment from a faulty Christmas gift, I had to repack the chairs and lug them to a post office before I could get a refund. to add insult to injury the instructions tell me to make sure that my repacking avoids any damage to the item or they may need to deduct an amount from my refund. jokers
