Great service. I waited for weeks for both a local company and another online company to provide a suitable Large Screen TV mount through a false ceiling. Decided to take it into my own hands and ordered from Hifi Tower and had what I needed within 48hrs. Bob M (Norwich)

Purchased Floor-standing speakers and a Sub-woofer, came well packaged, and very impressed, would have paid significantly more had I been purchasing from a well known UK retailer. Highly recommend, delivery was acceptable, given that it was over easter.

I bought gym equipment. Having gotten near the end of the building process I've found that a small but unique and vital piece is damaged meaning the whole thing is rendered unusable. I've asked Hifi Tower if I can send the faulty part to them in return for a replacement. They are refusing so far. They have offered me £20 refund not take it further or they want me to dismantle the whole thing, send it to them, (which they have offered to pay for), in the original box, (which I no longer have), so they can send me another full unit to build again. I've suggested that they just take the part I need from the unit they would send and they'd be in the exact same situation as doing it their way only without making me work for 4 hours dismantling the equipment I have and reassembling a new one. So far no joy. Having had a few emails with one employee who was of the "computer says no" variety, I've spoken to somebody on the phone who is making another attempt to get what I need from there warehouse. I now have to wait 5 days to find out if he is successful. I would recommend you avoid this company. Delivery was fine but if you find what is in the box to be faulty it'll bring you many headaches trying to get them to take it back. Like me, you'll probably wish you had never heard hifi tower in the first place. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I ordered a vinyl record player but it is faulty and I need to return it. I have asked for a returns form 4 times now and have had no response at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This was a birthday present for my 17 year old daughter so makes me really angry. Very disappointing. After several requests for a returns form, I got sorted and received a refund.

Bought a washing machine off them which arrived damaged (packaging very flimsy). I filled in a return form online and sent them pictures of the damaged item/box and was offered £10 off the price, which I declined. Explained to them that I didn't have access to a printer, so they said they would send me return labels. That was a month ago and I'm still waiting. If I ever get the labels I've then got to "drop the parcel at the most convenient post office" - it's a washing machine! I explained I'm a 60 year old woman with arthritis and asthma, but they've ignored that. Really regret buying from them. NB Hifi-Tower - if you packaged the items properly in the first place maybe you wouldn't get so many returns. Update 16.3.18 - I did eventually receive the labels, packaged the machine up and hired a taxi to get it to the post office. 9 days later I have received a full refund from Hifi-Tower.

Avoid this company. Ordered two wine fridges which arrived in battered packing, one was dented and the other went on to malfunction to the extent that it froze 6 bottles of wine. In reporting the frozen wine I was told that it was not their problem. The instructions were unclear and no-one could tell me how to reverse the way the door is hinged. I see I am far from alone in posting this type of review and only wish I had looked them up on Trustpilot before I ordered.

I found this company excellent to deal with. Fast delivery. The item exceeded expectations and was fantastic value for money - klarstein sweethwart slow masticating juicer. Brilliant results every time and easy to clean.

I ordered an oscillating fan from them & it arrived damaged. When I contacted them they offered me a €6 discount on a €57 fan. I thought it was a misprint so I queried it. They then offered me €10. By ths time I realized not only was the fan damaged but it actually didn't work correctly & need to be returned. By the way, quality is very poor for price range. Almost a week later they send me a return slip & tell me to take it to the nearest P.O.. I do not drive & I can't carry this box to the GPO. I tell them this & that they need to pick it up from the same address they delivered it to, they refused. Will never do business with them again.

Ordered an item that was supposed to be available for dispatch on the 24th but as of today have had no dispatch confirmation even after payment has cleared. They can't even give me an answer as to what is going on with the order and checking the status of the order via my account only ever returns a server maintenance message even tho I have done it every single day (no server maintainance takes 3 days). Stay away and buy your goods elsewhere.

I ordered a product from this company on the 11th December via Ebay, paying immediately via Paypal, expecting a delivery on 15/12 in time for Xmas. I emailed them on 18/12 my parcel hadn't been received and didn't get a reply so I telephoned them on 21/12. I was told that the order hadn't reached their warehouse as it was incomplete (it didn't have a delivery address) yet their ordering system did not flag up the fact that there was an incomplete order on their system. Indeed, had I not phoned them it would have stayed in limbo for ever! At no point in the ordering system was I asked to provide my address though obviously both Paypal and Ebay hold my full address details so I assume that my details should have been automatically passed across. There is clearly a fault with their systems in that details are not being passed from Ebay. What is really annoying is that I wrote at length explaining they had a problem with their systems and have since written a further 3 times and I have not received a single response. I would certainly not use this company again and would offer similar advice to anyone else considering using them.

I made a purchase on the 27th December and I have still not received the item. They sent me a tracking number but when I rang UPS they informed me the order hasn’t been processed so I went onto Hi Fi towers website to get their contact number but no answer. I contacted them on Thursday by e-mail to ask what is happening but still no answers. BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY I HAVE PARTED WITH £55 BUT NO PRODUCT!!! I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS

Amazing Service. This company provided me with truly excellent service. After sales service was simply superb. Problem caused by me alone, was resolved efficiently and with courtesy. Dealt with a man called Adam Stark - could not have been more helpful. Not easy to impress me , but this company certainly did. I leave this review to thank Hi Tower for the manner in which the looked after me. Highly recommend this company. Paul Cunningham

I received the Auna Areal 525 Bk 5.1 Surround Sound Active Speaker System 125 W RMS for Christmas. This was advertised on the Hifi-Tower website as having Bluetooth capabilities. When I received it the instruction Manuela didn't mention Bluetooth and my mobile would not find any signal from the speakers. I wrote to Hifi tower and the company that make the Speakers (Auna) to enquire about this. Auna said they do not have Bluetooth and this is an error. I wrote again (by this point 4-5 days had past) to Hifi-Tower and I attached the email from Auna. The adviser said it would need investigated by the 'content department', and sent me a return label. I returned them and and did not hear from them again, no apology nothing. Finally my refund went through although I was expecting an email to say the content department had checked them and realised that they do not have bluetooth and we have processed a refund for you, apologies (possibly even here is something for the trouble), although I heard nothing from them. 2 weeks later I wrote again to ask what the 'content department' found and also stating I had noticed they had changed the false advertising on the website and they apologised and gave me a code for 10%.

I ordered a Auna Concept 620 5.1 Speaker System prior to Christmas and it arrived around 27th December. When I came to put it together I discovered that it was incompatible with my TV and was going to cost £45 to get the parts I needed. I emailed requesting collection on 28/12/17, 3/1/18 & 12/1/18, and to date I have not had the courtesy of a reply (other than the automated one), and am now getting very frustrated. It states not to return the item without their instructions as it is over £50 and I would be responsible for postage - but I may have to so as to get some money back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Absolute terrible company ! I ordered a stepping machine which came fast enough ,but once put together was faulty !! I rung them up and was told will take 5 days to hear back from the warehouse to see if they had another part , if not would have to send mine back ,then wait to have an exchange or refund which could take 10 days !! After waiting 3 days and still not heard thought this is ridiculous will just have a refund ! I have received my free returns postage label, but have to carry a 22kg box which is labelled HEAVY myself to a post office ,as they do not offer a service that can pick up from your house !!! Avoid !! I do not know any company that offer free postage that will not get the courier to collect from your house !!

This is the worst online experience I have had ever. Please do not order with this company. They have taken my money have no record of it, sent me no receipt and now say they cant find the payment. They are extremely slow to respond to emails. There is nothing good about the shopping experience and if you want to be ripped off then go ahead.

I ordered an item for £160 which arrived promptly but was incomplete, missing an all important seal. Contacting the company via the website, email and telephone proved problematic, but a poor review on Trustpilot started the ball rolling, and I very soon was able to return the faulty item, receive a working replacement and £30 refund. I can't say their communication is great, but once I did get through to them the resolution was swift and and I am Leeanne for her help.
