Delighted with the note counter I bought. Run a petrol station and manual money counting is both time consuming and error prone. I bought a similar machine years back that wasn't very good. However this item is accurate and fast and I'm very pleased with the purchase

Absolute joke of a company ,please do not buy from! Let me down on my daughters Christmas present. On 27th November i ordered a keyboard as a gift for my daughter ,the item was in stock on the website and I received an email confirmation. On the 1st December as i hadn't had any advice on expected delivery i emailed customer services and received the response that the item was now out of stock but more was expected on the 7th. I agreed to wait , on the 7th as promised i received a dispatch confirmation ,with ups tracking number and expected delivery date of the 11th. when it didnt arrive i again contacted hifi tower and was told there was a delay in dispatching the item ! I received no updates or correspondence about possible delays , only in reply to my emails. When i asked for confirmation that the item would arrive by the 16th i was told there was no guarantee so i asked for a refund. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THIS!

This is a good turntable, the pick up arm could be better BUT it does what i want, and the sound is not to bad. I plugged it into my hi-fi, and the sound is even better through it, also the software for converting you vinyl to C D is really easy. I am no computer wiz kid, but i know a enough, but even so the software is real simple to use. The turntable its self is a very pleasing design and looks good on top of my Sony hi-fi , well hope this helps..

i purchased this unit and the first one came damaged, the return system is very good no quibbles and they paid the return postage, supplied the labels etc it was an easy fautless service and nice to see in this day and age, i would recommend them to any one one, great customer care and prices would definately use them again the unit is very good i added it to my dj set up as an additional music souce, it takes usb sticks and memory cards very light and compact, its worth checking out great mp3 player ease of use

Compared to other makes this one is priced very competitively. I found it to be of a very sturdy construction. And well made, I am very pleased with my purchase and can highly recommend the purchase of one of these, my dog loves it.

Ordered Ibiza 12 '' powered speakers, they came,but I opened them few days later, on the day i had a gig Sat 26.11.2016 and found out one speaker was faulty. So I had to rent speakers to do the gig even though i d bought these from Hi Fi tower. .. Called them on monday as they dont work weekends and spoke to someone who asked me to take them to the POST OFFICE for return instead of sending me a replacement and collecting the faulty one on delivery...Guy didn't really care that i couldn't do the gig and I had to waste my time for their MISTAKE. I returned them last Monday thats 5 days ago and haven't even heard from them... Now I got no speakers, Money not been refunded yet and my next gig is tomorrow. ..is this any good for me? Not at All...Bad customer service bad customer treatment . Gezim

Delivery very fast and the quality of the sound is good for the price. Check that your TV has the outputs to connect to the amplifier. Most new tvs don't so had to connect to phono output on sky box. Amplifier needs a optical input. Overall very pleased with product
