Oct 12,2017As a company we have used Hivis for several years now. Literally cannot say a bad word about the service received. Great service, fast deliveries and friendly staff. We purchase a wide range of work wear clothing from trousers, sweatshirts, poloshirts and Hi-vis vests embroidered with our various brand logos. All of the above are delivered on time and at a competitive price. Occasionally we'll place a pretty demanding high volume order with a very short lead time and to date Hivis have not failed to deliver. Great service, would definitely recommend!

Quality clothing that lasts for years without loosing colour or shape and needs very little attention when laundering. Fast and thorough. Would and do recommend to all.

Aug 09,2017I very rarely leave feedback but felt I had to in this case. The tops I ordered are great quality, really impressed for the price point. Communication was quick, clear and concise and delivery was prompt. Any challenges with colours in the logo, design and all the things one worries about when ordering something like this was checked and confirmed before proceeding and the final product was very good quality in both material of the tops and the finish in the stitching of the logo. More so, the website is easy to use, has clear help tips for bits you may be unsure about and overall, a great experience from start to finish. I placed my order on a very user friendly website which was followed up by a most courteous phone call from the company checking one or two details about delivery. My order was delivered promptly on time and goods were just as described. With this much attention to detail you could be forgiven for thinking that I had placed a large order when in fact it was just about a small as it could be. A company that treats its small customers this well understands the value of customer service and deserves all the plaudits it gets. Well done Hivis and more power to your elbow.

It wasn’t until one hour later that I realised I had ordered a 2XL which should have been just an XL. I contacted them by phone and spoke to Leanne who was so very helpful, found my order and changed the size. 24 hours later it arrived. Fantastic service and would not hesitate to recommend them.
