AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS After writing a review about the terrible service I’ve received, I had a voicemail from customer service stating that Homebox would contact rebel energy to close the electricity account they had failed to close when I left their service back in January 2024. I was told in the voicemail that I would hear back from home box on either 26th or 27th August 2024 with an update about this issue. No one bothered to get back in touch either by phone or email and the account with Rebel Energy is still open!!!! I have been in contact with Rebel Energy and they told me I can’t close the account myself, as it is controlled by Homebox. I will be making a complaint to the ombudsman. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
This company continues to make me feel like it's a scam. Since April I have been paying my own bills. I sent email after email. Since the beginning . They disappeared after a phone call in April or May. And has now reappeared treating me to pay for services I have never received from them. There actions are not transparent.

I spoke to Joso who was great at explaining the service and how how easy it was to use. The WiFi choices were flexible and he gave recommendations based on the number of people in our property. Customer service was excellent, easy to follow and I would highly recommend!

Honestly, don't touch this company with a barge pole. Even the council said to cancel our "service" with them as they haven't paid our council tax or water bill since the day we moved in.

Perfect service. Olly Howard called me to discuss setting up bills and he was extremely helpful. Clarifying any doubts or questions I had, introducing me to all the perms that come with the bundles offered and even cracking up some jokes. Great job, keep it up.
I called the company to extend my bills contract for another year. A gentleman from contract service called Mr Karl was really helpful and extended my contract within couple of mins.
A great service which takes a big part of the pain and hassle away from moving out.
