Aug 14,2024Despite paying a monthly service fee this company have hung me out to dry on multiple occasions. I have been threatened by companies due to outstanding bills multiple times and have dealt with the issues myself. Why would anyone pay for a service that doesn’t do what is promised. Terrible

Aug 13,2024I was told by the estate agent it would improve my chances of getting the house then when I tried to cancel on day 1 I was t9ld its 120 pound. Then charged £10 extra each month for them taking on incorrect days. Spoke to staff who laughed at me. Disgusting service
