Do not go with these people. They will not pay your water bill nor your gas yet will still charge and take the money. We have been trying to ring them for week and no one is available. Emailing isn’t helpful for ourselves .

I have been waiting for three months and still have not received the final bill or the £50 refund. I am not sure what issues they are having with their management. It has been a month without any response to my requests. Without the final bill, I cannot get my rental deposit back. If there is a higher authority I can file a complaint to, I would like to escalate the matter.
I have been in a property for a little over 35 days. They are trying to take a month's worth of payments for the 2nd time this month and their contact phone number is "unrecognised" I need to speak to someone as I am confused as to what I am actually paying for. As the email will read, this is not a refusal to pay but until I know what I'm actually paying for I will not pay another penny. My first dealing with the company's customer services however, was brilliant.

I have vacated my rental property September 10th. It is now 20th of December and I still have not received my refund for over paid bills. I was informed there was a cooling off period of 10 weeks which passed, I had to contact the company to follow up on this. The company reported that my refund would be processed and it could take 14 working days. This was on the 20th of November and still no refund. On December 11th you relied saying you have escalated this with the supplier. Since then I have emailed twice to follow this up and have had no reply and still no refund. The electricity company say Billing Better need to sort the refund. If I had not used Billing Better I would have the refund by now without so much chasing.
