Nov 16,2023Exceptional care by Russ - A True Dog Whisperer! From the moment we met Russ, we knew our Ellie was in the best of hands. His warm, friendly demeanor not only put us at ease but also resonated well with Ellie, who can be quite shy around new people. Great communication throughout the whole stay. He kept us updated with daily texts, photos, and even adorable videos of Ellie's adventures. His updates were not only reassuring but also highlighted his attention to detail regarding Ellie's habits, likes, and dislikes. Russ's understanding of canine behavior is exceptional. He quickly bonded with Ellie, respecting her space while gently encouraging her to engage in play and exercise. We were thrilled that Russ was incredibly accommodating with pick-up and drop-off times. His flexibility made the whole experience stress-free for us. Ellie returned home happy, healthy, and wonderfully tired from all the fun she had. I wholeheartedly recommend Russ to anyone seeking peace of mind while their furry friend is being looked after. He's a rare gem in the world of pet care, and Ellie can't wait for her next stay!

The agency collected very detailed information to match our dog with a carer, and were very clear about the process and communicated really well. The carers who looked after our dog for a week and a half were simply wonderful, kept us updated with lovely photos and clearly loved our dog as their own while he was there. Having the security of having an agency to deal with gave us the peace of mind to go away and not worry once about our dog!

Nov 20,2023Our usual boarder was busy and then we came across Home From Home. They paired us with Russ, he watched our Labrador for a long weekend. Our dog and Russ immediately hit it off. Russ took her on a few walks everyday, shared pics. Russ was very gentle and patient with her, but firm when needed, she didn’t want to leave. Thanks again Russ and Home from Home.
