Oct 01,2023The dog sitters had been carefully selected to suit our dogs based on plenty of information asked from ourselves and checks on home boarder. The dogs were very happy and reluctant to leave when we picked them up. They were so welcoming to the dogs and kept us updated so we didn't worry about them.

Oct 01,2023Would highly recommend this company , we had sue and Barry who looked after our labradoodle ted twice now . Fabulous couple , updated with pictures and texts to let us know how ted was settling in and doing . We could tell ted was happy and well looked after and will definitely be booking with them in the future.we had a lovely relaxing holiday knowing that ted was in very good hands .

Sep 28,2023I have never left my dog (Sox) with anyone before however I had no choice on this occasion and had to sort something at very short notice. In spite of this the Home from Home team were amazing and the process of finding a carer was so smoothe. Everyone I talked to was so helpful and understanding and they really spent time finding out about Sox and finding the right carer for him. This helped me to feel so much more confident about leaving him. And I was right to feel this way - his carer Louis was fantastic. He clearly understood dogs and it took him no time to understand what made Sox tick. He sent regular updates while I was away which helped enormously and showed how happy and relaxed Sox was in his company. I returned to find a happy dog who definitely wants to stay again with his new friend. I will definitely be using Home From Home, and in particular Louis again.

Sep 26,2023We have left our dogs with both Hazel and Tony & Julie on a number of occasions. Every stay is like a holiday for them and it's clear they are being looked after as well as they would be at home with us (or perhaps better!). We wouldn't hesitate to leave our dogs with them again and love that we can enjoy our time away knowing that they are happy and well cared for. As a side note, it's always a joy to chat to the carers who are all lovely people.

Found me a lovely local lady who was amazing and sorted out some initial problems at the start of his stay. As always my dog had a fantastic time and I could relax knowing he was safe and very well cared for.

We were so impressed with Klaudia from start to finish, loved the videos Klaudia sent us daily and put us at ease to know he was happy and made us feel very relaxed. Darcy clearly loved his 10 night stay with Klaudia and if we needed him in future to be cared for we would certainly want Klaudia again. Thank you so much we will definitely recommend your services.

Sep 19,2023Home from home adhered to my instructions for a peaceful home for Bayley. No other dogs and no small children. It was not too far from home and the couple looked after Bayley as well as I would myself. It was interesting to learn from the sitters that the home was vetted before the couple were considered by home from home. I think they are the only ones who do this. I have had bad experiences with other companies and this is the best I have found. Although we all want the best for our pets it is rather expensive.

Really easy to book, the questions are super sensible and cover everything - Alina took the time to understand and reassure any concerns I had about leaving my dog. She was available and helpful at every stage. My dog had a brilliant time with Nicola and Mike, I think she had more fun with them than she does with us!! They sent lots of pictures and updates which was exactly what we had asked for. So glad we used Home From Home. Thanks again everyone!

Sep 15,2023Our dog was calmer and happier than she ever was in a kennel, and really thrived on the one to one care given her by Hazel In the kennel her hair had always moulted when she came home and she was ravenous having not eaten well but at Hazels house she did very well and ate well and seemed calm and happy with no moult This is an expensive option but worth it for a happy dog
