Oct 26,2021I was called around lunchtime to see if I would accept the service call the same day for the annual service. I replied yes. The engineer phoned us 25 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on time. The location of the boiler is in the downstairs toilet, therefore very easy to work on in a well lit environment. He introduced himself to us and got on with the job. At one point I suggested the water level to be a bit low and he explained that the level indicator would rise when the boiler is turned on, running at about 2 on the scale. I thanked him for the information as I had previously added water when the boiler was switched off, to read 3. I thanked him for the information as he left. His surname was Parker and he did a good job, leaving the boiler in good order.

Humaun Rashid informed us of his arrival 30 minutes before hand and turned up at the time agreed, he was courteous, tidy and professional and carried out the service while informing us of every thing he was doing. He left the place in a clean and tidy state when finished. Highly recommend Humaun.
