Had my boiler serviced by 247 Home Rescue and the engineer Daniel Moore was professional, polite and gave me important safety advice. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service !!! I am absolutely amazed at their improved customer services levels and also their top notch excellent central heating engineers. I have been 247 customer for many years, I am one of those who would voice any bad experiences and raise it as a complaint with constructive feedback, if the expected service levels are not met. To my amaze, unlike many other companies, I am happy that they have taken them onboard and their customer services, be it booking a emergency claim, to having an engineer visit the properties, arranging suitable appointments with the tenants etc, they have absolutely surprised me in the past 2months. They have been quick in responding to sending out someone to check and resolve the central heating and plumbing problems that I have had at few properties. Companies like 247 not only make my life easy as a landlord but also the tenants don't have to live in inconvenience for too long, especially when the weather is getting colder. The engineer Nick who attended my own house boiler breakdown was extremely courteous, not bothered with the extent of work needed to be done. He was very polite every step of the way, constantly reassuring us that he would make sure the heating would be back on before he leaves or would make sure it is resolved as soon as possible. He took a lot of care, fixed every problem and if new parts were needed, he had them with him. He did not leave a mess but cleaned up after his work. After experiencing many companies emergency covers & for many years, he was one extremely diligent, efficient and polite engineer I have come across. This shows 247 are striving to make sure their services are excellent. This shows what an tremendous job they are doing with their vetting process by recruiting such experienced and amazing engineers. I am one extremely happy customer and look forward to being 247 customer for many more years to come.

Apart from taking over 6 months to correct their records to show our new address (advised to them in February) and therefore getting the Service arranged for the correct address, everything was fine.

engineer polite, cleaned up ok. but did not check co2 detector, and did not write date on the boiler service hand book.

Service person phoned me, to let me know he was on his way. Polite throughout. Keep me informed about my boiler and give full report, He was clean and tidy.

I had a problem with my boiler the engineer was here within an hour of my call and the problem was fixed in no time. Great service and no hanging about waiting for some one to answer the phone

The engineer arrived within the stated timeframe. He got on with the job and then told me the job was finished. Just what I wanted.

Had a problem with a leaking servo valve, the engineer arrived about 3hrs later after calling 24/7. It took the engineer about half an hour to fix. What a great service and the the engineer was very polite and made sure that every thing was working correctly. Very pleased :)

Ref WS496953 my first gas boiler service was carried out by a very experienced and professional service engineer, who explained the boiler control checks I could use to adjust the water pressure levels etc, a very competent service easy explained to my satisfaction, I was most pleased with the service and will be recommending your service to my family and friends.
