My daughter loves it, even if it did make her cry. The ring is easy to adjust to fit. Good quality, also I have used Hope Rings before. Totally reccomend

Dec 10,2023I ordered a necklace a month ago and it took awhile to arrive so I was nervous that this place was not legit. When the necklace did arrive the hook on the chain was not attached to where it should be. It was clipped to another spot on the chain. I emailed the Company and did get a response stating that they would take care of the matter. I just received a replacement today and wasn’t even told to return the damaged necklace.

Its not worth the money I paid, EXTREMELY poor quality, I think it cost more for them to ship to me than the actual cost of the tat I received. I have had better from a Christmas cracker! They are now sending a replacement with the engraving on the back

It only took three weeks to receive the rings, but I did email them after two weeks when I hadn't received a shipping notification. They immediately replied back and kept in touch with me with shipping information. Very friendly and I don't understand the issues others say they have had. They could not have been more professional to me! I would gladly do business with them again! I love my rings and feel like I will have a piece of my husband with me forever!

Dec 13,2023Ordered 2 rings, unfortunately the heart rings look so cheap as you can see where the ashes go and it stands out. The ring is so deep that it looks silly on the finger. I told the company but had to pay for the returns myself, but on the website it says that they send you a returns label. The email info@projecthoperings never respond to their emails
