Dec 28,2023Ring is very pretty. Good quality for the price. Exactly as it's shown online. I gave it a 4 because the shipping time is not so great. Be aware, it's coming from overseas and if I had known that I would have looked elsewhere for the same type of ring.

Dec 28,2023Ordered a ring that was gaurenteed by Christmas. Even paid extra for faster shipping to ensure arrival. Still not here and customer service does not answer phone. If you call the number on the website, it says we dont accept phone calls, bit you can text us. DO NOT ORDER FROM HOPE RINGS.

Dec 27,2023My husband ordered a feather ring for me for Christmas. He ordered it on Dec 6th and we still have not received it. We never got a confirmation or tracking number but they took the money out of his account. Needless to say, I did not have a gift on Christmas. We have been corresponding back and forth with the company, even showing them proof the payment was taken out of the account, and they refuse to do anything about it. We are now out $40.00 and have no product to show for it. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS EXPERIENCE AND COMPANY!!

Dec 27,2023I don’t know what the bad reviews are about, I was gifted the sunflower necklace it came as pictured and is great quality and didn’t take a long time to arrive, although the person that had gifted it to me didn’t realise it got shipped from China so I didn’t receive it in time for Christmas but that’s no biggie you can’t expect item to just teleport to your door when coming overseas

E mailed hope rings an someone called Stephanie replied saying will get intouch with there logistics and contact me never heard a thing here we. are Xmas gone had post and two parcel deliveries this morning 27.Dec but still no ring ???

And I ordered it withirty it's spent 7 days in San Francisco 4 days across the Bay. And then finally it comes to Texas. Very slow service, but still waiting to see what it looks like for $51.

Dec 27,2023Well I have to say never again. I have contacted company several times about my order. All they email back is sorry for inconvenience and a tracking number which is telling me is still in china which I ordered on 6/12/23. Asked for a refund to be told sorry no refund as item has been shipped so I will be contacting PayPal with this nightmare. For what I have experienced do not order from this company as they don’t tell you it’s coming from china either it’s so misleading.

Dec 28,2023I am another disappointed customer who ordered a ring on December 10th, 2023. Still have not received my order. Looks like Stephanie is the only person working in customer service. Told me she would look into the problem but still waiting for an answer. I have requested a refund but I'm not hopeful I'll get my money back. This company appears to be a scam, stay away from them!
