Feb 28,2024Absolutely terrible customer service! Ordered the ring a month ago. They didn't even create or ship out my ring until I emailed them to check status. They kept giving the same robotic reply of were sorry your order will ship soon. Was supposed to be a gift during a hard time and they made the experience worse. They did nothing to help situation. Asked for a refund only for shipping cost since they didn't stick up to their end of the agreement, and they said it will ship soon. As if that helps. Will never purchase from this company again. They should feel bad about the service they provide, but based on their response, you can tell they don't really give a damn about you. Greedy company taking advantage of people. Go to a different store!
