Really happy with the window. We put in an order when the company was closed due to the virus - as soon as they were up and running (which happened to be the next day) they called straight away to process our order. Although due to a back log of orders it took a little while for the window to get to us, this wasn't a problem and it arrived for when we needed it and when they had told us it would. We would definitely recommend House of Windows and would buy from them again in the future!

Where do I start? This company is simply excellent, 5 stars and 10/10 The ease of the website is brilliant, being able to select each windows style and size to the millimetre made the process very easy. Having their standard energy efficiency as A-rated with the option to increase to A+ is a huge added bonus, many of the other suppliers I looked at first offered the very lowest rating. I needed a larger than selectable window in one style, a quick email asking if this could be made was replied to in under 30 minutes. When I called to place my order the team were helpful, incredibly polite and generally brilliant. Quality of the delivered products were incredible. Id have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wished to have truly excellent quality windows paired with a customer service very few could match. I will certainly use again on my next project. Every member of this team should be proud of themselves.

Purchased two windows August 2019. Very quick delivery. One unit has unfortunately suffered a blown seal this Winter but House of Windows have agreed to send a replacement unit in order to repair. Overall very good customer service.

I'm always a bit wary about ordering made to measure products online as they can be difficult to return so I ordered 1 window as a sample so I could see the quality. I need not to worry it arrived in just over 1 week and was even better than expected. I then ordered the other 9 windows for the rest of my house and although they took a bit longer as it was over the xmas period this was explained to me and arrived as agreed at the start of January. All now fitted and and my house is not only warmer it looks 100% better too!! Big thumbs up for the House Of Windows team.
