Mar 15,2017I am not in any way a window fitter, so when I measured up my window I kept doing it over and over because I did not want to mess up, however, I needn`t have worried because the guy on the telephone talked me through the measurements, but I did mess up when I got the window, I messed up 2 plastic inserts that hold the window in. I got on the phone and they sent me 4 (no cost). Not many companies do that!!! THIS COMPANY DID..................thank you............
