When I pushed for an explanation as to why, I was told someone had made an error. Even after speaking to the director, I didn’t even receive an apology for their mistake. We all make mistakes, but poor management customer service skills is the reason for the low review.

Oct 14,2019Ordered the components of this 3 panel window having measured several times but allowing some leeway to overcome the previously badly fitted and bodged installation. All of the panels from House of Windows were exactly right which made the installation straightforward and quick. I started removing the old window at 9:00 am and after rebuilding part of the supporting masonry using quick setting mortar, I finished installing by 3:00 pm that day. A few bits of trimming the following day and it's leakproof, draft free and the new upgraded glass makes the room behind quieter and more comfortable bearing in mind it overlooks a main road. I have used House of Windows for many other replacements in my house over the past 3 years and have always had excellent quality and customer service.
