Staff at House of Windows were really patient and helpful. Emails were responded to quickly with clear advise. We got there in the end! Windows and doors look amazing and people walking past the house comment. All completed now. Would definitely recommend House of Windows.

Mar 07,2019Really disappointed in the service here. I rang up and spoke to a member of staff as I wanted black windows and couldn’t see the option online. They advised me to select grey and they would then write on the notes that I wanted black. The windows arrived and are Infact brown. When I spoke to the customer services about it they basically completely denied any responsibility and refused to let me return the windows. I now have to pay £500 to have them sprayed.

Feb 14,2019WE ordered 12 windows (the style with an opening smaller windows) fit into a wooden conservatory. The only issue we had was in one of the twelve double glassed unit there was a small mark in the glass. One quick phone call and a replacement unit was on the way and with us with 24 hours, So I think they handled a problem was splendid. Will now buy the door replacement when it is needed

Feb 14,2019We needed 28 windows for our house rebuild, and visted a few local companies. But indifferent service, long lead times and average to high prices made us look further afield. House of Windows had a great website but we are wary of handing over thousands of pounds to company we don't know so we arranged to visit them. Reassured by friendly knowledgeable staff and a large warehouse full of windows, we placed the order. Windows were delivered to site about 2 weeks later. This was a mixture of the new flush casements and standard uPVC windows. Everything in order; all parts supplied and to size specified. We are very pleased with the windows and the company. I would certainly recommend them to a friend.

Picked up the window from the company's workshop, received great service from staff. No collection option on the website - this could be added to website options so someone wanting to collect could order online.
