One window did have deep scratches and we had missing cill ends but this was all sorted quickly after an email was sent. Customer service has been great answering all my queries. A shout out to Tiegan who has been very helpful. We are happy with the windows and hope this feeling carries on

We have already some windows from them which are lovely looking flush ones and our builder has been very impressed with the quality too. We will order again for the front of house next 😃

May 16,2024Very good quality window was easy to order. On delivery 2 of the double glazing was broken and replaced with no problem at all. I have more windows and door frame and door to replace i definitely will be using this company again 100% satisfied. These windows are LINIAR made to a high standard and there is a video on line which tells you about them and how to fit. Probably the best on the market.

Once the order was placed I then received a call to confirm all the different sizes were ok. Maybe a week later I received at text with my delivery date. All so simple & straightforward, and the prices very competitive.

Jul 18,2024I have been in contact with HoW for a while now over a small order. I felt I had placed an order for thousands! The service has been without fault from start to finish. I required a spare part. It was dealt with without hassle. I cannot speak to highly of HoW. Im very reluctant to purchase such items off the internet. Don't be if you want upvc windows. This firm really is exceptional.
