Mar 16,2023Unfortunately House of Windows don’t deliver to Cornwall or Devon but their prices were that good it was worth my while to travel to my brothers in Dorset to collect them. I found them via an online search not knowing anyone who’d used them before, but after checking out their google and trustpilot reviews I then had a quick look on the Companies House website and was then confident that they were a quality company to hand over hard earned cash via a bank transfer, so I made an enquiry and have to say I was highly impressed with their level of customer service. Very prompt at getting back to you, and never once gave a tone of being fed up with my million and one questions. The final result are windows that stop my neighbours in the street to complement. I’m SO pleased with our sliding sash windows in our 1930’s house, putting some character back into the property. THANK YOU House of Windows, We love them and will be back!!!

That said, doing this over the phone was simple and the team at House of Windows were really helpful (I don't really understand a lot of the terminology and they helped explain).
