I emailed the team before ordering to see if they could meet my delivery timeframe and they we so helpful. They double checked the order before processing and confirmed delivery date with me before sending, all very helpful to make sure it was right and I was in for delivery. Window arrived in perfect condition and perfect size. Would 100% use again if needed.

The delivery was on time and very good, the driver delivered the window to my door. It was easy to fit as expected. I was happy that the trickle vent was already fitted to the window as other businesses do not do this. I will buy again. I purchased a triple glazed window in rosewood.

I looked for a long time online to find a company with good reviews and I can 100% say that all the 5-star reviews on here are spot on. From the point of ordering to the phone call that I received from the company the following day to check I had everything right was top class. I expected to have to wait for my order, however, I was kept updated and my window was delivered on the day that I was first told it would be. The window itself is of a really good quality. The hinges and locks are so much better than the window I have replaced, and the closures are smooth and secure. I will now be replacing the rest of my windows next year when the weather improves and I will not be looking anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

Sep 13,2023Being an office person and not a builder I found the website very easy navigate and order the windows I required (luckily they weren't complicated windows). When I got to the point I needed to add a upvc door the website 'door' page had an error. I quick call later and an email with some a screen shot and my requirements resulted in a speedy reply and my order was complete. Delivery time has been very good as well. I will be using House of Windows again.
