BE WARNED. The service dept is only there to rip you off, they are rude and condescending (reception girl is a real charmer) and under the impression that they know more than any other garage. £1351.16 for a replacement part that costs £544.41 (their price) but can be bought for £299.00 online . The qriginal quote from Howards was £1100 all in and the best part is they tried to up sell more work that has been rectified by me with a £8.99 part from amazon. DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES
Having been dissatisfied with another Peugeot dealer we have been bringing our Peugeot GT Line to Howards in Dorchester. The Service Manager Steve has always been incredibly helpful and the service maintenance to our vehicle has been second to none. We have just taken possession of a new Peugeot GT Line from Howards in Dorchester, the Sales Controller Steve Clover handled our sale wonderfully explaining everything about the car in great detail and upon the hand over the car exceeded our expectations. We would like to thank everyone at Howards we are delighted. Even though we have to travel quite a distance to Dorchester it is worth the journey with their can do attitude and professionalism.
I have just purchased my car from Howards Yeovil and I am delighted with it, we live a very long way from Yeovil and I was a little apprehensive about buying a car without seeing it, we live in a rural area have both been working and had been struggling with one car since I sold my old one just before lock down and we were unsure if we would be able to get the car which was the best we had found for it's year, make and model, we had a wonderful sales man Kieran nothing was to much trouble, he provided all the information we needed, he sent a video of the car inside and out with a full description and made sure we were fully informed of the cars history, he then arranged for the car to be delivered to us safely and with social distancing, the delivery driver was very helpful with the paperwork and asked if there was anything we needed to know before he left, Kieran has made a couple of after sales calls to make sure I am happy with the car, It is exactly what I wanted and the service from Kieran and Howards was truly exceptional, Thank you

5* amazing service.
The car was ready on time, and clean and presentable. Everything works fine and lots of information provided on the car eg hole found in mudguard lining, remaining depth of all brake pads. Will use again for next service. Prices also seem reasonable, especially for a main dealer.

The service facility at Howards Peugeot Weston SuperMare had just reopened and the anti- Covid -19 precautions were excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff and the servicing was carried out quickly and efficiently. A nice touch was the video showing what was, to me, unknown parts of the vehicle. I will recommend both the sales and service provisions at Howards without hesitation.
Howard’s Toyota in western were amazing bought my Auris second hand 2 years ago they treated us like I was buying a Rolls, I won’t hesitate to go back there

Aug 06,2020Bought a Jaguar XE from the Yeovil showroom. Brilliant service + friendly employees. Brilliant selection of cars and they always seem to get new stock in frequently so if you don't see what you're looking for im sure they can put your details down and call you if a certain vehicle comes in. Exceptionally clean and well presented, prices are EXTREMELY competitive and when you see the differences in prices you realise they price all their vehicles genuinely as opposed to over pricing and then knocking off £5k, making you feel like you've achieved something. Such an amazing place and would happily purchase my next car from these guys
