Car should have been better prepared for customer. Deep scratches were not even looked at. Inside of boot was of poor standard. Especially when car cost over £10000. HOWARD'S Dorchester are much more customer friendly. Would not recommend Yeovil to any one in future.

Aggressive salesman. Brake hose leak found when husband checked car on arriving home. Two weeks MOT on car. Plus car has 7 year old cracked tyres. MOT rectified by Howard's as there mistake however tyres not replaced.

We discussed with them the car we liked from their stock list, agreed both trade in and purchase prices over the phone and visited to ensure both our trade in car and purchase cars met expectations. Throughout the process we never felt pressured and were given both time and space throughout the process.

Oct 18,2017Having arranged transport to pick my car up 1st week in October, I rang by chance to confirm a couple of details & found out the girl I was dealing with was going away on a course & was going to be away the remainder of the week, she informed me I could collect the following week,she hadn’t bothered to either ring me or email me even though she had got all information, in the end someone else was found to hand it over, although not without me having to ring back again. Before driving off I noticed there wasn’t any pack containing warranty, handbook etc & had to wait around for a good 10 minutes or more while they tried to find it or put one together.
