I bought my latest car from Howards Peugeot in Taunton and was very happy with the service I received. I had to make a journey of 200 miles but the salesman Mark made the whole process very easy from start to finish - finding out all the information I wanted about the car and letting me know when there was someone else interested in it so I didn't miss out. He accommodated the fact that I couldn't get down to pick up the car straight away and on the day I did pick it up everything went very smoothly. He spent a lot of time explaining all of the features of the car, which was good as I've sometimes felt in the past I've known more about the model that the salesman has. I'd definitely recommend Howards, and Mark in particular.
Another great buying experience. We felt completely at ease throughout our purchase with an expert salesman. Hand over was effortless and smooth. The fact that this is the 10th car we have purchased from Howard’s must tell you something. We would highly recommend Howard’s.
What can I say? Great team now at Howard's, Jacob the sales Manager contacted us regarding an issue we had with the car that we recently purchased, was debatable as to if this issue was Howatds responsibility or not but Howard's still took the car in and resolved the issue at Howards expense. Purchasing was made easy and straight forward with options explained in detail but not to bore you. We would say a pleasant professional expirience all round and a free coffee what more do you want. Car booked in for a sensor replacement, 1 hrs labour+ part, £156, when job was completed in less than 40 mins I questioned the nearly£100 labour charge and was told I was "petty" by the jumped up customer service attendant, asked to see the manager who reduced labour to 40mins which is all that should have been charged in the first instance. I can highly recommend Howards Citroen in Weston-super-Mare for the efficient and professional way they repaired my daughter’s C3; particularly the friendly and courteous manner in which Mollie and her colleague on servicing reception deal with customers. I shall have no hesitation in considering this company for future car servicing and/or purchases.

I bought my first car with Howard’s, the dealer was very helpful and informative and made sure I got a car that was suitable for my needs. My only critique is that I was told I would receive a follow up to check how I am going and I didn’t receive one, it was almost like I had signed the dotted line so I was no longer valued, however it was overall a pleasant and easy experience.

Reply to my review stated senior manager contacted me. A lady who could not care answered the phone after 3 attempts.to contact. She did not want to know or understand, that by refusing my request she was breaking the Law.according to Trading Standards and the Commissioners Office. Who are now looking into the case before I proceed with legal action.

Nov 09,2019On 30/10/19, my wife and I travelled from Swansea to Yeovil (130 miles approx.) to purchase a car which we had enquired about earlier that day. We arrived around 2pm, liked the car and wanted to drive it away that day. Although this hadn’t been discussed we assumed we could so as we had travelled a distance for it and didn’t want to make 2 trips. I understand that Howards UCC can do this but need notice of your intentions so that they can prepare the car. However, the sales team - Lynne and Lloyd together with their service dept managed to get the car MOT'd and serviced that afternoon so that we could leave with the new car. Great customer service from the team at Howards UCC. Thanks again.
