Jun 10,2021Hi stephen was so good and understanding with this purchase of an mg3 held the car for a lot longer than should of when i collected the car it was in great condition although i live some 2 hours away i would buy another car from the howards motor group so PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND CAR

Jun 07,2021Although the car sold itself because I had researched it previously on-line, the sales personnel were excellent. Explanations, administrative matters, enthusiasm, person-to person skills (even with face coverings) and attention to detail were all faultless. The car is a joy to drive. On the down side, the specific model and colour we wanted was not available for several weeks, if not months, but we ended up with a slightly up-graded version very soon. It is unfortunate that the 'user manual' is really only available on-line.

May 24,2021Thank you Howards Taunton for looking after us when we purchased our used Rifter . We have had it a week now and both my wife and I really like the car. Very comfy and a joy to travel in. Martin was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend them if anyone is looking for a Peugeot.

Apr 23,2021I have been a Howard’s customer for the last 7 years,I have just recently bought from Howard’s used car centre in Yeovil. Very disappointed when picking the car up fuel tank completely empty, the car had apparently been valeted.When contacted Lynne she did apologise and did get the car picked up and valeted again along with a full tank of fuel,with some paintwork which I was very pleased with. Unfortunately when the car was dropped home again the areas that needed doing on the valet were again missed,such as mould in the boot. This time I was told that when the car was traded in it wasn’t in very good condition. Again was offered the chance of having the car valeted, but declined as I will do it properly myself.

Staff are helpful and friendly, making the customer feel valued. My recent change of vehicle was handled in a positive way, communication was excellent and nothing too much trouble all conducted within Covid guidelines. At no time did I feel under pressure to make a decision but was given information and assistance, guiding me through the process.
