They look after them completely and where maintenance is required they respond very quickly keeping me informed on the way. They truly saw how we had developed and dressed our period property in Bugbrooke, marketed it and achieved a sale price that we were very happy with. Lisa was prompt,curtious and friendly at our first meeting to view the property and has subsequently been at the end of a call,text or email to answer any questions I’ve had. The dealings with Howkins & Harrison and in particular Lisa Swinnerton have been excellent and long may it continue. Would thoroughly recommend this letting agent.
