Oct 13,2023It's coming up to 2 years off renting a property with Howkins & Harrison, i can honestly say what a great company and it's definitely down to the staff/agent's especially Nikki what a top guy he is very friendly polite and respectful , Nikki has been over to view the property a fair few times he always makes the visit's comfortable and any issue's within the property itself he has always seen to it straight away , couldn't thank you enough Nikki 10/10 from me .

Oct 11,2023Howkins & Harrison were excellent from start to finish in their assistance in buying and selling my property in Ashby de la Zouch. I was unfortunate to be in a chain where a few of the solicitors were poor and slowing things down. Jackie in particular was excellent in making things happen, contacting other solicitors and estate agents to get things moving when the solicitors were dawdling. She kept us up to date with everything that was going on. I have no doubt that without her help, the completion would have taken much longer to go through. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

Lisa, in particular has a most profession approach, always punctual for appointments, and is helpful with suggestions where improvements can be made to the property. She is very pleasant to work with and has an uncanny knack of finding the appropriate tenant for the property, leaving both land lord and tenant happy.

Not only did she come prepared with colour brochures, smart and smiling, but she showed so much patience answering questions and helping mum look around.
