David Clarke, who dealt with my sale, was exceptional. He was reliable and trustworthy and always followed up points promptly. He had a great sense of perspective and helped keep me calm when things got a bit tough-I really appreciated this! I couldn't have asked for more.

Trust me, they are not like the "usual" estate agents. The continued care and attention that I was given throughout the process of buying and selling was second to none. Not only do you get support from them individually, all the team are happy to help. Messages are received and responded to immediately. The attitude of the staff is impeccable. If you have a problem, a need or just reassurance, there is always somebody at hand to give that. Their knowledge and professionalism is first class, but, I believe, more importantly, they really do care. They are always on hand to speak to solicitors and other agents in the chain. Buying and selling houses is very high on the list of stresses of life but having Howkins & Harrison there for guidance and support is vital! I have to mention Michael Cruickshank who introduced me to Howkins & Harrison and took fabulous photographs of my property. Thank you so much Michael.
